Glory be to Jesus! It is with hearts full of gratitude that we share a touching moment from the journey of three young orphans under the care of Samflo Open Arms Trust. Recently, they participated in their school’s Nativity play, a scene that captured not just the spirit of Christmas, but the power of hope and compassion.
These beautiful children come from a Muslim background. In 2018, they first joined Samflo’s children’s activities alongside their widowed mother, seeking support, care, and community. At the time, the twins were just 3 years old, and their baby sister only 1 year old. Today, they are 9 and 7 years old, growing strong, joyful, and full of promise.
In a decision rooted in love and opportunity, Samflo registered them in a Christian private school—not to change their faith, but to give them the very best education and nurturing environment we could offer. We are proud to witness the growth and light that radiates from them today.
These children are currently under the devoted care of their great-grandmother, who has stepped in as a guardian during this tender stage of their lives. Her strength and resilience reflect the very spirit of Samflo’s mission—to stand in the gap for those who need it most.
We ask that you keep this family in your prayers, especially their great-grandmother, as we continue to support them in every way possible. Their story is a reminder that love knows no bounds—and that, together, we can give children a future filled with dignity, joy, and hope.
To God be the glory. The journey continues.
